Wow - this is one of the first cookbooks I've ever seen made just for the iPad. Great photos. Music to cook by. Video tips. Recipes you can print and share (and take to the kitchen on paper). 60 or so fun recipes from around the world -- including sliders! -- and many of my favorites from Spain.

"Deliciously Doable Small Plates from Around the World" is an eclectic combination of tasty, fun-to-make dishes. Author/chef Marisol Murano's book includes dozens of recipes from a variety of cuisines, from Japanese to American to South American. There are some classic dishes, such as sliders, as well as less common (yet equally delicious) recipes. The color design and beautiful photos look great on my Kindle Fire, which is handy for having next to me in the kitchen while cooking. I've made a do ...more
