I really like this book. It is similar to other books written by Jason Logsdon in that it explains the basics of modernist cooking without getting into too much detail. And the recipes are awesome. I have already picked out three recipes to prepare for my next party. If you are an adventuresome cook and like to delight your guests – I believe this book would be good for you too.

My name is Jason Logsdon and I'm a passionate home cook who loves to try new things, especially when it comes to cooking. I'd much rather take existing knowledge, distill it down to easy-to-follow concepts, and apply it successfully to my own cooking.

I find it quite rewarding to ease emerging cooking tech
